What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Scottsdale, and select parts of Phoenix. If you're located outside this area, contact us — we may be able to accommodate depending on availability.

Do you come to me?

Yes. We’re a fully mobile detailing service. We bring everything needed — water, power, and equipment — directly to your home, office, or garage.

What do I need to provide for the service?

Nothing at all. We are self-contained and require no water or power from your property. Just ensure your vehicle is accessible and in a safe, legal place to work.

How long does a detail take?

  • Gold Package: 1.5–2 hours

  • Platinum Package: 3.5–4 hours

  • Concierge Package: 6–8 hours

Times may vary slightly depending on the vehicle’s size and condition.

What’s the difference between each package?

We offer three tiers:

  • Gold: Essential exterior and interior cleaning

  • Platinum: Full deep cleaning inside and out with protection

  • Concierge: Showroom-level service including ceramic coating and paint correction

Do you offer ceramic coatings?

Yes. This treatment adds deep gloss and protects your paint from UV rays, water spots, and contaminants. We offer ceramic as a standalone service.

How do I pay?

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Invoices can also be sent via email upon request.

Do you offer gift cards or recurring services?

Yes. Gift certificates and monthly maintenance plans are available. Contact us for more details or to create a custom plan.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
